Executive twin room is luxury, has a spacious bathroom. The location is great, 10 minutes' walk to a huge tower. The hotel is in decent area, short walk to restaurants and shopping and an Indoor mall with restaurants and shops including fast food and a supermarket and train station, shopping malls and nice surroundings.

The hotel was impeccably clean and wonderful, had excellent views of the harbor. This accommodation had an efficient business setting in the Yokohama Bay area. Further, it was right by a transportation hub and theme park, train station, shopping center, and museum and wonderful shopping outlets. The food was delicious at the restaurant.

The staff was polite and we would stay again and again. Appreciated the place, had a great stay for a business trip. The hotel was in an efficient business location near Pacifico convention centre. The food was fresh with a huge variety of options.

Was all great.

I had huge new-fashioned room with mineral water and beautiful views over Yokohama, as for instance. The breakfast had lots of high quality food and drinks. The hotel location was marvellous and awesome to the shopping centre which is great.

There was a very hard bed.

Welcoming and really good staff and the place was clean. The check in was early, the room was reasonably spacious with a balcony and coffee, for example. In the restaurant they served Western cuisine dishes.

Sadly, there was no gym.

Had 4 nights in Yokohama, spending my time here lovely. All the staff was welcoming and really good. I could see the bay from the a double room. Separate bathroom was large. The pool area was nice and the location was great and awesome, short walk to shopping malls, shops and the bars and other shops. It also was close to the metro.

The room and facilities were big. The staff were absolutely kind and really good and check-in was early. Appreciated the location to Queen's Square. Plus it was max 20 mins walk to the lake.

The room was bright & huge together with lovely park view and Balcony, for instance. The hotel was right by Mother farm and Haneda, subway, shopping, restaurants, and shopping mall and train station below thanks to its great and awesome location.

Unfortunately, there was no gym.

The spacious rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows provided breathtaking views of the park and surrounding area. The hotel's convenient location, attached to a shopping mall and train station, made it easy to explore Yokohama and Tokyo. The amenities were outstanding, and the staff was helpful and attentive. The separate shower and bath in the spacious bathroom were a nice touch. I highly recommend Bay Hotel Tokyu for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The view from the room was incredible: view over the whole harbour! Overall good service. Very good equipment. Walking distance to the congress centre and all shopping facilities was perfect.

It had nothing to complain about.

The hotel is beautiful, nestled in a nice building with bay views. The rooms are bright with exceptionally comfortable beds, and the staff are very very nice! The breakfast is great, and the location is incredible near Yokohama Station, and the center of all the main attractions.

It has really good, welcoming stuff. Its location is magnificent & favourable, not far from other Yokohama areas, Kamakura, which should n't be missed, and the cruise ship, comfort, and cleanliness. Garlic Jo's, where you can eat lunch, is not very far from the hotel.

The hotel's exceptional location offers easy access to the convention center, a mall area, and the bustling Motomachi shopping district. The rooms are clean, modern, and offer excellent views of the city. The friendly staff provide exceptional service, and the hotel also has a shopping mall below for convenience. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a mobile phone for local use and comfortable beds. a great choice for those looking for a convenient and classy stay.

One downside is the lack of a fitness facility, which may be disappointing for guests looking to stay fit during their visit.

Unfortunately, there was no noodle soup for breakfast. And the equipment is well maintained but still a bit outdated. And why is it always carpet in the rooms?
